AI Assistant Integration
Ask plain-language questions about your projects, invoices, clients, and tasks — and get instant answers from your live firm data.
How it works
The AI Assistant reads your firm's live data — projects, clients, invoices, tasks, and expenses — and uses it as context when answering questions. Only admin and member staff can use the assistant; clients never see it.
Ask in plain language
"Which invoices are overdue?" or "Show me Rahul's active projects"
Searches your data
Reads projects, invoices, clients, tasks, and expenses in real time
Gives accurate answers
Only uses your firm's real data — no hallucinated numbers

What you can ask
Security & privacy
- The AI assistant is only visible to admin and member staff — never to clients.
- Your firm data is sent to the AI provider (Groq or Anthropic) with each request to provide context. Review their privacy policies before enabling.
- The assistant cannot modify any data — it can only read and summarise.
- API keys are stored encrypted in your firm's integration settings.
